For the past ten years if not more, my morning rituals have followed a steady, unchanging rhythm. I wake up at 3:30 AM, and by 3:45, I’m settled at my desk, diving into office emails and tackling leftover tasks from the day before. I work remotelya setup that suits me perfectly, offering the flexibility I crave. To balance this early start, I’m tucked into bed by 7:00 PM each night.
I’m a dedicated believer in intermittent fasting, pairing it with daily exercise to keep my body and mind in check. This isn’t just a preferenceit’s a commitment I intend to maintain for life. For me, it’s more than a routine; it’s a necessity.
Why? My family tree is a living catalog of lifestyle diseases. High blood pressure, diabetes, fatty liveryou name it, it’s there, lurking in the branches. I’ve seen the toll these conditions can take, so I’m on a mission to outsmart them. By sticking to this disciplined lifestyle, I aim to either avoid them entirely or, at the very least, delay their arrival as long as possible.
