Let me start by making one thing clearI don’t have a favorite pair of shoes. Why? Because I own only one!
Working remotely has its perks, and one of them is rarely needing shoes. My usual outings involve quick trips to the nearest mall for groceries, where my trusty sandals serve me well. No laces, no hasslejust slip them on and go.
But I do own a single pair of Adidas sports shoes. Their moment of glory? When I travel from Mumbai to Trivandrum. Those shoes have touched the floors of every major airport in South India, making them my most well-traveled possession.
At home, though, it’s a different story. My flip-flops are my constant companions. They’ve been through it allhelping me dash around the house fixing things (or sometimes breaking them further), getting covered in dirt while I tinker in the garden, and even carrying me up ladders to clear cobwebs or stop creepers from taking over my walls.
So while I may not have a favorite pair of shoes, I certainly have a favorite way of livingcomfortable, practical, and always ready for the next adventure.
