What topics do you like to discuss?

Lately, the topics I do like to discuss are those that truly light me up. My interests shift over time, but right now, I’m all in on gardening, cooking, and mastering pull-ups. What makes you nervous?

At 57, after navigating a lifetime of highs and lows, very little makes me nervous. When news breakswhether it’s a potential problem or an unexpected curveballmy mind doesn’t freeze. Instead, it shifts into analytical mode, a skill I’ve honed over decades. I weigh the pros and cons, consider what could go wrong, and evaluate how it might affect me or my loved ones. Fortunately, I’ve always had a knack for finding solutions. They may not be perfect, but they’re practical and effective for my humble life. Once I map out a plan, I focus on the next steps and dive into action. There’s no room for nervous jittersjust a clear path forward. This mindset has been my anchor through life’s storms.
