My most unforgettable first day at something was on a rainy July morning, over two and a half decades ago. It began with me joining a computer classan exciting step into the digital world. After two hours of lessons, I returned home to take my pregnant wife to the hospital. That night, or more precisely, in the early hours of the next day, my son was born. Looking back, I can’t imagine a day more hectic, transformative, or life-changing than that.
