Describe one habit that brings you joy.

There’s something deeply satisfying about diving into a productive task that sparks joy in my heart. Whether it’s mastering a new programming language, sizzling up a hearty breakfast in my cozy kitchen, or tending to my lush garden in Kerala, these moments fill me with a quiet sense of accomplishment. Picture me in the early morning light, whispering words of encouragement to my plants, urging them to stretch toward the sun. There’s magic in these small, purposeful acts. Joy, though, is a fleeting guest. Its warmth depends on the weight of our responsibilities, the stresses that tug at our minds. Yet, it’s in these fleeting moments of happiness—coding a clean line of code, savoring a perfectly spiced meal, or watching a seedling sprout—that we find balance. These simple acts of creation and care anchor us, offering a gentle reminder to stay grounded amidst life’s chaos. What habits bring you joy?… Describe one habit that brings you joy.

What bothers you and why?

What bothers me is that the world feels like it’s spiraling. Wars rage in multiple corners of the globe. Agenda-driven politics, religious conflicts, state-sponsored terrorism, billionaires preaching climate change from private jets, and selfie-obsessed activists dominate the headlines. These are today’s celebritiestrendsetters who capture attention for all the wrong reasons. It’s enough to make you question whether humanity will survive the next century. My Solution: Control What You Can Amid this chaos, I’ve found solace in focusing on what I can control: myself. My approach is simple yet grounding: Sure, I indulge in the occasional cheat day (who doesn’t love a good pizza night?), but these are exceptions, not the rule. My philosophy? I can’t fix the world, but I can improve myself. Building Your Own Oasis By keeping my life organized and hazard-free, I create a personal oasis of calm. It’s not about ignoring the world’s problemsit’s about building… What bothers you and why?

What is the coolest thing I ever found

This question seems to be looking for material discoveries, but my answer is a bit more philosophical. The coolest thing I ever found was mindful meditation. I stumbled upon it a few years ago, and the initial impact was profound. I grew a beard, started sleeping on the floor, and even considered a pilgrimage to the Himalayas. I would meditate for two to three hours a day and read extensively on the subject. In one of those books, I came across a line that changed everything: Meditation is a state of mind to be maintained at all times, not just when seated in the lotus position. That sentence made me step back and re-evaluate my approach. I shaved the beard, stopped the long meditation sessions, and focused instead on staying mindful throughout the day. Now, I notice a change in how my mind reacts to situations. Even when I’m angry,… What is the coolest thing I ever found
