What is the last thing you learned?

Let me start by saying that that the last thing you learned is yet to come. I’ve come to believe that learning is a journey without a finish line. Life hands you lessons dailysome subtle, some sharpand it’s up to you to hold onto them or let them slip away, only to stumble over the same mistakes again. The past couple of months have been a whirlwind for me. As I’ve probably mentioned a thousand times on this blog (sorry, not sorry!), I’ve been living solo in a house that feels a tad too big for one. It’s been a crash course in survival, pushing me to pick up skills I never thought I’d need. What experiences in life helped you grow the most?

The experiences that shape us most are often the ones that linger in our memorynot necessarily dramatic moments like witnessing a meteor strike or meeting an extraterrestrial, but the subtle, quiet shifts that unfold over time. Sometimes these transformative moments stretch across months or even years, revealing new sides of the people around us. They teach us a humbling truth: we’re often on our own. In those times, left to our own devices, we lean on intuition, step forward with courage, and carve our path to success through sheer effort. My life is dotted with such milestonesmoments that made me pause, reflect, and reassess. They’ve prompted me to question my choices, my direction, and what truly matters. Now, after five decades on this planet, I can look back and say I’m content with most of the decisions I’ve made. But that doesn’t mean the journey’s over. Life is a relentless… What experiences in life helped you grow the most?
