Recharging ourselves

Let’s discuss the importance of recharging ourselves. As human beings, we all lead busy lives. Even those who seem to do nothing are often occupied with avoiding work or shirking responsibilities. For many of us, our days are scheduled down to the second, from the moment we wake up to when we finally fall asleep. Amidst this hustle and bustle, it’s natural for fatigue to set in. Recently, I went through some of the posts I have added over the years. It was fun, especially reading the posts on topics like exercising. It showed the phases I had gone through and the changes I made in my routine. A blog can be a journal, a diary with inputs on your thoughts and actions over time. By publishing it, our thoughts are shared with the world. Others may read it or ignore it. That is ok. Those words would remain there, etched for eternitya humble contribution to making this a better place for everyone. A piece of you added to the tapestry of the world of ideas and thoughts. After all, this diversity in our thoughts is… A piece of me
