What is your favorite drink?

My favorite drinkif you can even call it thatis plain, simple water. Nothing else comes close to the refreshing sensation of drinking water after a long, exhausting trek or an intense workout session. When it comes to traditional beverages, I’ve never touched alcohol and don’t plan to start. Soft drinks? Not a fan either. Water is, without a doubt, the most essential drink on this planet. Ensuring access to clean, drinkable water for millions around the world should be a top priority for every government. After all, water isn’t just a drinkit’s life itself.

Do you play in your daily life?

When I hear play in daily life I would probably imagine a recreational activity. For me, it’s a bit different. My early mornings are anything but lazy. It kicks off with climbing the two flights of stairs to my office roomabout 10 timesas a warmup. Then comes an hour of exercise with light weights and resistance bands. By 6:00 AM, I’m completely spent. But the day doesn’t let up. From 6:00 to 7:00 AM, I’m in the garden, tending to plants, watering them, and pulling out weeds. Let me tell you, this part is literally back-breaking.… Do you play in your daily life?

Favorite form of physical exercises

Let us start with a simple fact: no one in their right frame of mind has a favorite form of physical exercise. We are compelled to exercise to ward off the countless ailments we carry in our genes. My family has its fair share of high blood pressure, low blood pressure, and everything in between. You name the disease, and someone in a remote branch of the family tree has it. To avoid continuing the family tradition of poor health, I exercise. My current favorite is working out with resistance bands and light weights. Bands are better than weights as the chances of injury are lower. Moreover, they are inexpensive and easy to carry around. I have tried everything from yoga to walking and have a room full of weights. Yoga is great for maintaining flexibility. Walking is also beneficial but requires a significant amount of time and a dedicated… Favorite form of physical exercises
