I believe that the human body prefers a timetable. What are your daily habits? Once you are on the wrong side of fifty, and I am fifty-four, you will realize the importance of following a daily schedule and more importantly sticking to it. Mine is a bit crazy. I get up at 3.30AM (every day). By 4 am I am at my desk checking and responding to work emails. I work from home. From 4.30 to 5.30 it is yoga time. Have a bath and then it is breakfast time. After some Prime video / Netflix I take a power nap for about 10 minutes at 7 . Then it is 1 hour of guitar practice. A new hobby I picked up recently .
