Imagine a day where the air feels gentle, the breeze is soft, and you can simply be without your body battling the elements. Doesn’t that sound like paradise? Extreme weather, whether it’s scorching heat or bone-chilling cold, can be tough on anyone. It taxes the body, especially for the young, the elderly, or those with conditions like arthritis, which can flare up in cold climates.
