Let’s be real: there is no fun way to exercise. Whether it’s carving out time from an already packed schedule, dripping with sweat, or pushing through aching muscles, every workout feels like a test of grit. Yoga? Stretching into serenity sounds nice until your hamstrings scream. Heavy weights? Brutal from the first rep. Even the most devoted fitness buffs will admit it takes serious willpower to stick with it. Recently, I decided to tackle pull-ups.
