It’s 4 in the morning, and my day starts with a simple yet effective snack: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich paired with a boiled egg. This combination serves as my pre-workout meal, providing the energy I need for the light exercise I do around 5 AM. From 6 to 7 AM, I dedicate time to my garden. Weeding and watering not only keep my plants thriving but also offer me a meditative start to the day. By the time I finish, it’s 8 AM, and I’m ready for breakfast. Waiting four hours after waking up for a full meal might sound unusual, but that’s where the PBJ comes in, giving me a jumpstart to tackle the morning.
