Negative feelings like resentment, hurt, or frustration can easily take over if left unchecked. Over the years, I’ve developed a straightforward strategy to handle them effectively. Whether it’s a hobby, exercise, or a small task, this shift in attention acts as a reset. Later, I can revisit the situation with a clearer, calmer mind, better equipped to deal with it. 2. In today’s fast-paced world, managing stress has become an ever-present challenge. From the pressures of work and finances to the overwhelming state of the world, the factors contributing to our stress seem to multiply daily. However, over the years, I have developed a few simple techniques that have helped me maintain better control over stress. The first step is to step away from the task or situation causing the stress. If it is a work assignment, for instance, take a short break. Move away from your desk, take a walk, and deliberately avoid thinking about the issue at hand.
