What’s cooking?

Lately, I’ve been living alone, which means cooking for myself. It also means cleaning up afterward, but that’s another story! I’ve been experimenting with different recipes, trying to find meals that are both convenient and satisfying. I prefer a heavy breakfast and lunch while keeping dinner light. My go-to cooking strategy is making meals in bulk and storing them in the fridge. This saves me from cooking every day, which, while slightly repetitive, is far better than spending precious work hours in the kitchenI work remotely, after all. My food choices are simple: low in spice, easy on the stomach, and good for overall health. I’m always on the lookout for new ideas, and thankfully, YouTube never fails to deliver inspiration.
