Fashion changes over the years

When I was a kid back in the 70s, it was the time of bell-bottoms. Long hair, huge shirt collars and yes, fashion changes over the years impacted me in a big way. I remember I had an orange colored shirt with crowns all over it. I was pretty impressed with it. You have to remember I must have been about five or six then and was not a very bright kid.  Then, if I recall correctly, the bell-bottoms slimmed down. The hair had to be trimmed, and people forgot all about side locks. When I was in college, it was all about tight shirts. The muscles had to show, even when you had none to show. The special effects are particularly disappointing; even a couple of kids armed with a basic camera could have… Worst movie of all time

Palmistry, astrology, horoscopes, tarot cards – even parrots with cards that predict your future – these are just some “apps” that have been predicting destiny for centuries. In India, we take horoscopes seriously. To this day, most of our marriages are fixed by matching horoscopes. If the stars are not perfectly aligned, even the most compatible couples call off their marriages. Allow me to share an example from my family. We received a marriage proposal for one of my cousins. The boy was from a family we knew well. However, when we matched their horoscopes, an error appeared. It stated that the man did not have a long life and there was a high chance of my cousin becoming a widow if she married him. Needless to say, we rejected the proposal. Surprisingly… Read the future in your palm
