Life in an alternate universe

My life in an alternate universe would have to be different from what it is here. That goes without saying. I think I will not follow any timetable there. Sleep as long as I wish and whenever I feel like it. It would be nice to be fabulously rich and unimaginably intelligent. It would also be great to be an orator, singer, and an expert at playing different musical instruments. Obviously, I would be a great athlete and leader of all the universe and popular with the masses. I guess with all these abilities in the alternate universe, I would have a hectic lifestyle. Furthermore, I am sure that in this alternate universe, I would be wondering how life would be if I were just an average Joe like in this universe.

The most money I spend on a meal

I prefer eating food cooked at home. On the rare occasion when we buy outside food, the most money I spend on a meal would be within a thousand or two thousand Indian rupees. For me, there has to be a reason to dine out or buy outside food. A birthday or an anniversary are the usual reasons. We rarely dine out. Not because there are no hotels nearby, but because it is fun to eat outside food in the comforts of your house. I prefer food that is cooked hygienically and is health. Uninteresting news items and life

Pick up any newspaper and the flashy headlines attract our attention. In reality, it is the uninteresting news items that resonate more in our life.  Let me illustrate with an example. Irrespective of you paying your taxes, the streets after the first rains of the monsoon resemble the plains of the Moon.  News of the potholes that litter our streets are always pushed to a back corner in the news. The front pages of newspapers are covered with sensational, provocative headlines.  Life is similar in many ways. When you achieve your goal, succeed in an interview or exam, all that lingers is the moment you heard the good news. Your brain tends to forget all the hardships you encountered on the way.
