Motivation to exercise daily

Improving motivation to exercise daily can be a challenging task for many people. Even those who their doctors have advised to lose weight often find reasons to skip their workouts. I, too, fall into this category and struggle with staying consistent with my exercise routine. However, the fear of falling ill or gaining weight serves as a strong motivator for me to continue exercising. In my family, there is a prevalent history of diabetes, high cholesterol, and fatty liver disease among its members. Luckily, I have not yet been affected by these conditions.  On days when I feel tempted to sleep in or skip my workout session, I remind myself of this family history, and it pushes me to get up and be active. Recharging ourselves

Let’s discuss the importance of recharging ourselves. As human beings, we all lead busy lives. Even those who seem to do nothing are often occupied with avoiding work or shirking responsibilities. Additionally, simply gazing… Recharging ourselves

Polarizing leadership

In this century, it’s become noticeable that many world leaders are polarizing. Shall we term their style as polarizing leadership? They tend to evoke extreme emotions in their supporters and detractors, with no middle ground. Whether currently in power or not, these leaders inspire intense feelings of either love or hate among their citizens. Think of leaders in your country and you will find examples. It’s often said that every period has the leadership it deserves. The leaders of a certain era share common characteristics and reflect the aspirations of the majority at that time. Joseph de Maistre’s statement supports this idea, “Every country has the government it deserves”. Perhaps every age does indeed produce its leaders who reflect the values and desires of society at large.
