The most money I spend on a meal

I prefer eating food cooked at home. On the rare occasion when we buy outside food, the most money I spend on a meal would be within a thousand or two thousand Indian rupees.

For me, there has to be a reason to dine out or buy outside food. A birthday or an anniversary are the usual reasons. We rarely dine out. Not because there are no hotels nearby, but because it is fun to eat outside food in the comforts of your house.

I prefer food that is cooked hygienically and is health. This basically rules out most outside food. Outside food also comes in on days when the kitchen is not functional or there are guests. At home, both my wife and I know how to cook. My son has to eat outside food as he usually works late hours at his office. When home, he prefers simple home cooked food 😊
