My dream home

My dream home sounds like a topic for a school essay 🙂 Building and living in a house according to your specifications is undoubtedly one of the most cherished dreams on this planet. I am no different. It was a dream I was finally able to materialize.
I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I had to struggle to build up my life. Not only that, but I scrimped and saved over the years. My wife and son supported me in the saving part, and today we are grateful to have accomplished this dream.

The pictures accompanying this post are of the house I built in Kerala in 2022. It has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and is furnished with modern amenities as required. See that white circular object protruding from the tile? That is a well! No worried about water taps running dry !

I have been living in this house for the last couple of months -alone. Shuttle between Mumbai and Kerala. Cooking, gardening, house keeping are all the new skills I am picking up on the way. Great way to keep my mind centered.
