I am passionate about different thingswhether it’s tending to my garden, mastering a new skill, or supporting causes that matter. Each of these pursuits, though diverse, weaves into the fabric of who I am. I believe deeply in living a life that creates positive impact, whether through my work, hobbies, or dedication to helping others.
When I’m left to my own devices, you’ll find me digging in the dirt, nurturing plants, or diving into a new project to expand my knowledge. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about growthboth in nature and in myself. Equally, I find joy in lending a hand to those who need it most, whether it’s through volunteering or simply offering support to someone deserving.
For me, passion isn’t just about what I doit’s about why I do it. Every action, from planting a seed to advocating for a cause, is a step toward a life filled with purpose and connection.

Totally agree. Gardening is the best therapy. It makes you so much mindful of the nature and stabilises your monkey mind.
To make it more effective , do not tune into any song or podcast. If you do so, then there is no difference between gardening mindfulness and watching TV.
