Some of the important qualities of a good neighbor

• Ignores you as you ignore them
• Has grown-up children who live far away or, in the worst-case scenario, if they have young children, the kids do not show up at your door every ten minutes and ask you for chocolates
• Do not play loud music
• Do not make it a habit of coming over to bore you with their old-timer stories
• If old people, do not automatically assume that they are now your unofficial guardians and can question you why you come late or wake up early!
• Do not keep Dogs or cats who nip and bite people as they come to your door
• Does not consider you as an ATM or supermarket to dispense cash or groceries whenever they need any
